Tiring yet Fun

Members attended today :
Elephant, Kiwi, Plaster, Flowerhorn, Papaya, Nottie, Wolf, Lalat, Peanut, Lampu, Uno, Bobo, Maggi, Crazy, Egg, Teddy, Cookie, Durian, Gorilla, Coconut

The picture above are the SAC members who went for training today and of course included me and HERO, the guy who keep on avoiding the camera...i swear i will take a photo of you some other day, watch out!

Uno and Papaya have to check the tents for Kuala Lipis this Saturday and therefore unable to go and Durian went to help them out. Crazy and Egg went back coz they will be having their exam tomorrow. All the best! As for Coconut, I will say " I dunno ", hehe

So basically, today's training is more like "gaming", is tiring yet fun!

We did :
1. WheelBarrow
2. V-Shaped Balancing
3. See Saw
4. Wood Plank ( Not an exercise but punishment )
